So this blog post is very special for me because I get to share images from the engagement session I photographed for my friend Charlyene and her fiance' Nathan.  You see Charlyene and I go back quite a few years. We met as photographers through a mutual friend and event planner Krystal. Charlyene and I hit it off immediately. Soon she was second shooting with me on weddings.  I can't recall just how many weddings we shot together, but there ... were ... many!! :)  Along the way of working together we got to know each other on more of a personal level. It was through our friendship that I learned that she is a true woman of God who's ability to encourage and inspire others is amazing.  I can recall so many conversations where we discussed life, God and future hopes and dreams.  I remember the day as we sat having lunch at Olive Garden (one of our favorites) that she mentioned that she had met this man Nathan. :)  Well here we are approaching their wedding weekend and I could not be happier for her!

I won't be photographing her wedding but instead have the rare opportunity to attend a wedding as a guest. I did however, have the honor of photographing the happy couple for the engagement session.
